David W. Dunn
Chairman and CEO
David Dunn is founder, Chairman and CEO of VC3 where he has been responsible for building the company since 1994. His vision and execution at VC3 have been instrumental in helping the company to continue to grow. VC3 is now a leading provider of educational software for S.C. school districts as well as the largest South Carolina headquartered provider of IT Services for businesses, educational institutions and municipalities. VC3 is headquartered in S.C. with regional offices located in N.C. and G.A. and was named one of South Carolina's Fastest-Growing Companies in 2007 and again in 2008.
Prior to founding VC3, he served as a developer, project leader, and manager for a leading UNIX systems vendor. Mr. Dunn has been actively involved in the technology industry for over 25 years. During his career, he has had significant experience as a developer and project leader for multiple systems software development efforts, and as a manager of database application development and system support groups.
Mr. Dunn currently sits on the board of directors for EngenuitySC and FastForward. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering.
Sandy Reeser
President
Sandy Reeser joined VC3 in 1998 as Vice President of Systems Services. He was quickly promoted to COO in 2000 and became President in 2005.
During his tenure, VC3's IT services have steadily expanded to include Technology Assessments & Security Audits, Disaster Recovery Services, VOIP Solutions, Computer & Network Services, Network Design, Configuration & Optimization, Internet & Data Center Services, K-12 Academic Services, and E-Government. Under Mr. Reeser's leadership, the company achieved record revenues in 2006 and has worked with over 100 municipalities in the Southeast. The company continues to expand with 4 offices located throughout the southeast.
Prior to VC3, Mr. Reeser worked for the world's leading data warehousing solutions provider for over a decade. During this period, his concentration included Manufacturing Automation, CAE/CAD Design, Information Systems and Systems Testing. He has also served as the manager of a Unix and NT Systems Test organization.
Mr. Reeser is an active member of the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce, serves as the Treasurer for the University of South Carolina Alumni Council, and is a recipient of a Community Service award from the City of Conyers, GA. Mr. Reeser graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering.
William Herbert
Chief Financial Officer
Bill Herbert joined VC3 as the Chief Financial Officer in May of 2001. Prior to joining the VC3 team, he has held CFO and upper level management positions at Dieter Bryce, Inc., Koyo Corporation, and Advanced Performance Technology, Inc. (APT) among others. Mr. Herbert has 20 years experience in the financial field where his responsibilities have included, but are not limited to, job cost accounting, payroll, cash flow management, banking and internal audits, external accounting audits and human resources. Mr. Herbert received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
