The Excelsio team is made up of experienced individuals who have built and operated fiber and wireless networks. We understand every single element of the fiber and wireless network planning, implementation, and operation process. Excelsio will perform the following activities as part of a broadband consulting engagement, commonly referred to as a Feasibility Study:
- Perform a detailed needs assessment.
- Research the various funding options and assist with securing funding, if required.
- Assemble the appropriate team of players, including a service provider.
- Assist with governance issues.
- Map un-served and underserved areas in your jurisdiction, down to the census block level.
- Prepare a detailed business and financial plan in accordance with funding guidelines.
- Prepare a network design.
- Oversee all aspects of the engineering process: site acquisition, Right of Way (ROW) agreements environmental studies, etc..
