VC3, Inc., a dynamic, growing IT services solution provider, located at 1509 Lady Street, Columbia has intern/part-time opportunities for Help Desk Support Technicians to provide first level support to end users on a variety of issues.
Must be able to identify, research and resolve basic technical problems. These positions will respond to telephone calls and e-mail requests for technical support. Responsibilities also include documentation, tracking and monitoring of assigned tickets to ensure a timely resolution. Excellent phone and communication skills required. General knowledge of Microsoft and Cisco systems are a plus.
