GovHost Service Modules
GovHost Service Modules give citizens convenient access to common government services around the clock, improving efficiency and making government more responsive.
-
GovHost.CitizenRequest
With GovHost.CitizenRequest, citizens may submit service requests through the web, enabling them to keep conveniently in touch with their local government. This module also notifies citizens, through the web, of the status of their requests. Local government will benefit from robust reporting capabilities for process management and the ability to internally route and assign requests.
This module puts citizens in touch with government 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Citizen requests for services such as garbage removal and pothole repair are electronically routed to the appropriate department for action and resolution. An added bonus is the ability of GovHost.CitizenRequest to allow citizens to track the status of their service requests at any time simply by logging into the local government's web site.

GovHost.Notification
Proactive e-mail distribution to citizens with the information they need provides a very effective method of reminding and spurring citizens to action. With the GovHost.Notification module, municipalities can automatically generate e-mails to registered citizens, reminding them of specific "events." These automated e-mails include:
- Notification of past due bills, including a URL link that enables direct viewing and payment of bill.
- Reminders of current bills.
- Notification of services that will be shut off in the next 24 hours.
- Announcement of newly activated services.
- Notification of an individual's profile changes made in GovHost.Framework, including a direct access link for further profile modifications.
- GovHost.License
GovHost.License makes it easy to obtain the licenses that citizens and businesses need. Obtaining business licenses online further reduces paperwork at the city level, and saves citizens another trip to city hall.
