Implementation
- Whether for a new, a build-out, or an expansion, VC3 can implement the changes you need to expand and improve your network.
Monitoring
24/7 Monitoring for your network equipment and sites. Monitoring includes:
- Event Notification: Our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) will receive and triage events, or you may choose to have our staff paged directly.
- After-Hours Events: Your staff will be notified of events during business hours and VC3 will monitor events after hours.
- Escalations: VC3's TAC will be notified of events that are not handled within a SLA. We will then engage your staff or work directly on the issue.
Support
- First level support: VC3 can be your first level network support staff with automated alerts being sent directly to the VC3 TAC.
- Senior level support: VC3 can work directly with your staff as an escalation point or for mentoring on issues in which they are not comfortable.
- Training: VC3 can work directly with your staff to train them on support your current and future network designs.
