Purchasing, Receiving and Inventory Data Specialist

- Proficiency working with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Dynamics Great Plains or other accounting applications a plus
- Aptitude for learning new technology tools (i.e. ticket management and invoicing)
- General accounting knowledge
Here's what you will be responsible for:
- Updating tickets and co-workers on status of orders
- Assist with creating purchase orders and the daily processing of orders from multiple vendors
- Processing orders, receiving and shipping product
- Complete reconciliation of receiving/purchase documentation
- Working with vendors to resolve return product issues
- Continuous effort to improve efficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory operations
- Keeping shipping, receiving, and inventory areas organized
- Working with warranty programs to order and ensure warranty parts are returned on time
- Manage client hardware recycling process
