How to Prepare Your Business for Hybrid Work


Hybrid workplaces have been the coming thing for a few years now, but the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 was the catalyst that has brought them front and center.

While dispersed teams, remote and flexible working, and cloud computing have all been growing in popularity over the last five years, the situation of the last year and a half has meant that businesses across the world have had to engage with these new ways of working.

Even as the pandemic slowly recedes and organizations begin to consider a return to normality, hybrid working is likely here to stay. But is your company genuinely prepared to take advantage?

Hybrid workers essentially choose to work where they are most productive, spending some time in a physical office space to take advantage of the benefits of face-to-face contact, meetings, and so on, while the rest of their time is spent elsewhere, location-independent.
